What changes when origin becomes real

You already know the coffee.
Now know what created it.

The experience is designed to turn “origin” from a label into context you can use in sourcing, roasting, quality, sales and storytelling.

01

Source with context

See the farms, decisions and production realities behind coffees you evaluate and buy.

02

Cup with perspective

Connect sensory results to processing, drying, storage, terroir and producer decisions.

03

Understand the people

Meet producers and professionals who shape Brazilian coffee before it reaches your roastery.

04

Bring back real stories

Build a deeper, more credible narrative for your team, customers and B2B relationships.

Before the cup

Follow coffee through the chain — not just the tasting table.

From cherry and post-harvest decisions to quality control and roasting context, the journey is planned around what matters to professionals.

  • Farms and producers
  • Harvest and crop management
  • Post-harvest processing
  • Drying and storage
  • Cooperatives and quality control
  • Cupping and sensory analysis

Travel with context

A professional experience should feel organized before you ever board the plane.

Safety, logistics and clarity are central to the operating design — especially for an international group visiting Brazil for the first time.

Small group

Approximately 12 participants planned for easier movement, access and conversation.

Coordinated transport

Ground transport is planned as part of the official itinerary, rather than leaving the group to navigate independently.

Bilingual hosting

The experience is planned in English, with bilingual support throughout the programmed route.

Clear final brief

Confirmed route, hotels, inclusions, travel requirements and operating guidance will be shared before booking.

Questions before the journey

What you should know now.

When will the dates be announced?+

Dates are not final yet. Qualified interest from the Founding Journey list will help shape the first departure window. Everyone who registers will receive the confirmed dates before any payment is requested.

Is this a tourism package?+

No. The experience is being designed for coffee professionals, with a balance of technical access, relationships, origin context and Brazilian culture. It is not a generic sightseeing itinerary.

How will safety and local logistics be handled?+

The operating plan is being built as a coordinated group itinerary with planned ground transport, bilingual hosts and confirmed local partners. Final logistics and travel guidance will be provided before booking.

Are international flights included?+

No. International airfare is not included. Arrival and departure airport details will be confirmed together with the final route.

Can the trip lead to coffee purchases or supply relationships?+

Professional connections are part of the value, but the experience does not promise commercial agreements, supply contracts or access to specific lots.

Will I need a visa or travel insurance?+

Requirements depend on nationality and the final travel conditions. Visa costs and travel insurance are not planned inclusions. The confirmed participant brief will outline the documentation expected for the trip.

What if I have dietary restrictions or accessibility needs?+

These details will be collected before final confirmation. Because farms and rural environments can involve uneven terrain and field activity, the final program will include practical notes on physical requirements and accessibility.

What is the cancellation policy?+

The cancellation and refund policy is still being finalized. It will be provided in full before any participant is asked to pay or commit.
